A recent article in the Knoxville News Sentinel outlined Legacy Parks Foundation’s plans for 2015 that include creating public access along the French Broad and Holston river tailwaters, and completing a trail in East Knox County that will allow biking, hiking, and horseback riding from East Bridge Business Park to House Mountain.
Morgan Simmons interviewed Executive Director Carol Evans after a boat trip on the lower Holston River to look at possible locations for developing access points. Simmons details the plans for the new year and reviews the recent success and awards won by Legacy Parks.
