Melton Hill Reservoir is on the Clinch River, providing nearly 193 miles of shoreline; two boat ramps, one below the dam and one above giving paddlers access to Watts Bar Reservoir as well as Melton Hill Reservoir; game fish include sauger, crappie and bass; there are paved roads on both sides of Melton Hill Lake for walking, jogging, or cycling; two TVA trails for hikers; year-round camping plus sheltered picnic tables and pavilions. This is a great start location for cyclists to ride the surrounding scenic backroads.
