450 miles of trail wander through scenic gorges and sandstone bluffs, rich with natural and historic features and striking panoramic views that showcase the Cumberland Plateau Valley and the Big South Fork River below; leashed dogs allowed on trails; wide range of outdoor recreational activities include mountain biking, hiking, trail running, fishing, whitewater paddling, horseback riding, rock climbing and swimming.
