Help Us Bring More Pickleball Courts to Knox County!
Pickleball is the fastest-growing sport in America – and it’s taking off right here in Knox County!
We’ve heard the demand loud and clear – our community wants more places to play. Legacy Parks Foundation is partnering with Knox County Parks and Recreation to raise money for new public pickleball courts and to select the best locations throughout Knox County.
Pickleball is for everyone – all ages, skill levels, all backgrounds. It promotes healthy living, active aging and social connection. New courts will:
Expand access to free, high-quality recreation

Reduce wait times and overcrowding on current courts

Encourage community-building through play
Our Goal: $25,000-$60,000 per court
These funds will go directly toward:
Construction of new, dedicated pickleball courts and/or conversion of existing courts to multi-use tennis, pickleball and basketball courts
Lighting for extended play time
Surfacing and fencing
